A brawl erupted at a San Diego rap concert after someone rushed the stage and knocked out the singer.
San Diego police said in a statement that the rap battle happened late Wednesday night at the Observatory in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego.
The attack triggered a fight between security staff and about 10 other people who were attending the concert.
At one point a 19-year-old man was stabbed by an unknown assailant. Police say that the stabbing victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of the non-life-threatening wound.
Security personnel removed the performer, known as 'xxxtentacion' off the stage after the near-riot. Officers then asked the concertgoers to leave the area. No arrests were made by police.
Fans told 10 News in San Diego that the fight was likely started between XXXTentacion and another San Diego-based rapper.
