Jerry Brown signs climate change deal in China

Gov. Jerry Brown signed a new clean energy pact with China aimed to promote environmental protections and clean energy developments, as well as low-carbon technologies in California and abroad. This comes only one week after Trump's decision to pull the U.S. out of the Paris agreement.

Gov. Brown said European countries, China and individual U.S. states will step up despite the federal governments move to pull out of the issue.
