Kohey Nishi is 3ft tall 24-year-old computer programmer from Japan, and he capitalizes on his childlike looks by starring in porn movies.
He has an incurable illness called mucopolysaccharidosis, but that does't stop him from having sex with women on camera.
Nishi can't stand for more than 5 minutes, so he has to do most of his porn shoots on a bed.
He got into the industry because of his "drinking buddy," porn mogul Ganari Takahashi, and says he hopes to prevent kids from being sexually abused through his work.
???
Maybe by watching porn with people who look young, that will keep perverts from seeking out actual child porn?
That's still gross, don't you think?
Nishi can't open bottles or hear in his left ear, but was able to get a bone marrow transplant that stopped the disease's development.

Despite his growing fan base, he has trouble growing himself, (If you know what we mean) due to the pressures of performing in front of a film crew.
"There is no one who is an adult and looks like a kid more than me! You cannot cast actual kids sometimes [in non-pornographic content], so I'd like to fill the gap in that market."
Ah-ha! So that answers our question. Like we said, that feels gross.
He added:
"I was once told that 'Your videos seem dangerous as you look a real kid on screen.' But I have considered that my works prevent children from being sexually abused, just like war movies and shooter video games can contribute to peace."
Of course who could forget Mr. Nishi's role in the classic "Having Sex in the Magic Mirror Box Car with a Female College Student with F-Cup Breasts Who Wants to Be a Kindergarten Teacher."
Pretty sure that one's in the Criterion Collection.
Fun fact about Japan, possession of child porn wasn't banned until 2014. What took you guys so long?!
Childporn-like images still remain legal in manga comic books, and advocates insist that banning such images would violate their freedom of speech.
