Group spells out "Resist!" on Trump's golf course in Rancho Palos Verdes

While some are marching in the streets, one group is storming the links to protest President Trump.

Around two hundred members of the group Indivisible San Pedro made their way on to Trump's National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes on Saturday, dressed in white to spell out "resist" on the finely manicured greens.

It took about 15 minutes to form the word, after which, the group sang "God Bless America." They left shortly thereafter leaving no property damage, and no one was arrested.

Officials say a security guard was present at the protest, but didn't interfere with their demonstration.

The group describes itself on its Facebook page as a group of concerned citizens "that realize the Trump's administration's agenda will take America backwards, and must be stopped."

Indivisible San Pedro, CA is a group of concerned citizens that realize the Trump administration's agenda will take America backwards, and must be stopped. We are working together to achieve this goal through modeling the values of inclusion, respect, and fairness, while having our voices heard by our local district US congressional members from California. Join us for our next weekly group meeting! We will discuss our action plans for the coming week, hope to answer questions and hear comments from our group members, and have another successful letter writing session to our senators.
