Search is on for Missing 5-Year-Old Boy

Pasadena police are searching for a missing 5-year-old boy after his father was found unconscious in Arroyo Park.

Aramazd Andressian Jr. was last seen by his mother on Tuesday via a Skype call and last saw him in person on April 15th when she left him in his father's custody.

The parents are separated and share custody of their son.

She reported her son missing when he and the father didn't arrive for their arranged meeting point on the 22nd in San Marino to drop off their son.

The father, Aramazd Andressian Sr. was found unresponsive in Arroyo Park that same morning.

His son was no where near him and authorities are not sure the boy was even with him when he originally went to the park.

Andressian was taken to a nearby hospital  for treatment and was later arrested on suspicion of child abduction and child endangerment.

His bail is set at $10 million.

Police say Andressian did not appear to have been a victim of any crime and says he has no idea what happened to his son or how long he had been missing.

Aramazd Jr. is described as 3 foot 5 inches tall, 55 pounds with brown hair and eyes.

Police bloodhounds have searched Arroyo Seco Park at least twice and Sierra Madre Search and Rescue and the San Gabriel Police Department have also joined the search.

Any one with information is asked to contact the South Pasadena police.
