Bus driver responsible for autistic teen's death was busy having sex with coworker

Two years ago a school bus driver left a 19-year-old autistic student to die inside of a hot school bus in Whittier.

We now know that driver Armando Ramirez was busy having sex with a coworker while the teen was dying in the bus.

Documents show that earlier that morning, Ramirez was sexting his coworker and setting up their afternoon delight.

The two drivers met at Ramirez's house later that day and had sex, forgetting that Hun Joon “Paul” Lee, who was non-verbal, was still on the bus.

Although the female coworker didn't know anything about the poor teen in the bus, she told police she still feels guilty:

"This kid was dying, and we were laughing.”

Ramirez was sentenced in January to two years in prison after pleading guilty to one count of depended abuse.

Lee's family is now suing the bus company and the Whittier Union High School District.
