Police in Mexico are investigating the death of a 23-year-old man who accidentally hanged himself while playing Judas in an Easter Passion play.
Horrified viewers tried to revive the man after he slipped off of the support beneath his feet, but sadly he died on his way to the hospital.
It happened in the district of Barranquillas in Tancítaro, Mexico, where people were watching a play about the last hours of Jesus' life.
Police think the death was not suicide, and was just an unfortunate accident.
How messed up is that? We're not religious, or superstitious, but if you have the chance to play Judas in a play or a movie, you should turn it down.
