Saudi Arabia Sued!

Over 800 families are suing Saudi Arabia in federal court for their alleged involvement in 9/11.

The lawsuit was filed in New York and is being handled by the firm Kreindler & Kreindler.

The firm has been working with the families for almost 16 years.

Lawyer Jim Kreindler says;

"This lawsuit demonstrates ... the families are never going to give up until we establish that Saudi Arabia is accountable."

The 194 page lawsuit makes allegations that Saudi officials knew about the 9/11 attacks and were working on plotting more.

The suit alleges that Saudi Arabian charities ran terrorist training camps in Afghanistan.

It also says Saudi Arabia worked with bin Laden and his terrorist followers in supplying passports and transportation all over the world.

The suit also identifies Saudi officials who worked with hijackers in the months leading up to the Trade Center attacks.

Last year, Congress passed a law that allows countries to be sued for terrorist cases even if the actual attack happens outside of the US.
