Michael Rushford, President of the Criminal Justice Legal Foundation, on AB 109

There is blood on Jerry Brown's hands, do not believe the Los Angeles Times!

Michael Rushford, President of the Criminal Justice Legal Foundation, says the shooting of Boyer, and the deaths of officers in L.A. and Palm Springs last year involved recently released parolees.

All of this evil is a result of AB 109 and Prop 47.
