Women's March organizers plan 'A Day Without A Women'

The organizers of last month's Women's March announced today that they're planning a general strike which will happen soon.

The general strike is meant to take aim at economy:

"At a time when our foundational principles of freedom and equality are under threat, The Women's March is committed to engaging in actions that affirmatively build community, strengthen relationships and support local, women- and minority-owned businesses."

The Women's March has also praised boycotts of companies that supported Trump and others "that brought the corporate practices of Uber and Nordstrom to light."

A date for the 'Day Without A Women March' has yet to be announced, but Women's March organizers have pledged:

"The will of the people will stand."
