I get following the rules but this is ridiculous! This Rhode Island woman appeared before a judge to a dispute a parking ticket she received for parking in a 'No Parking from 8-10' zone. The ticket was stamped with the date/time at 9:59:58.
The lady went before the judge to plead her case and before she can even say anything the judge reads her case and begins to make sarcastic remarks. After getting in a few jokes the judge dismissed the woman's ticket.
The level of pettiness someone needs to have to write someone a ticket when they are TWO seconds early on their parking is crazy. Maybe they were having a bad day, but still!
