Let's spread some positive vibes! The Spread Positive Vibes campaign was recently launched by the Orange County Health Care Agency, “designed to save lives by spreading positive vibes throughout the community…instead of spreading COVID-19."
Over the last few weeks we've featured local OC figures to see how they've been coping during the pandemic. We've talked to professional surfer Courtney Conlouge, singer/songwriter Jim Quealy, muralist Melissa Murphy, and today we spoke with Wahoo's Fish Tacos Co-Founder Ed Lee! With more than 35 years in the restaurant industry, Ed and his brothers Wing Lam and Mingo Lee have made Wahoo's a Southern California staple.
Wahoo's has partnerships with a number of big brands like Quicksilver, Billabong, Hurley, and Vans. Fish tacos and surfing, that sounds like a pretty good time to us! Ed admits that the business has been hit pretty hard by Coronavirus, but he's looking toward the future and maintaining a positive outlook on life.
