It ain't brain surgery. Well, it kind of is. It's Virtual Reality Brain Surgery courtesy of Dr. Jo Kwon (Oh, we can't call her a doctor? Too bad). 

A new virtual reality system at UCLA Medical is helping neurosurgeons learn how to perform complicated surgeries. The new technology has already been used in more than 300 cases at the university so far - from pituitary tumors to benign brain tumors.
