Bosscat Kitchen’s Irvine location at Lakeshore will be the stage for the celebration on Wednesday May 22nd, providing food and drink samples and various activations from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The event is free to attend and open to the public.
The evening’s menu will consist of
- 12 hour short rib mashed potatoes with crispy onion garnish,
- mini charcuterie plates and beignets from Bosscat Kitchen,
- wagyu hade handrolls and Japanese nachos from TEN Sushi + Cocktail
- koobideh bites, edamame hummus and baklava toast from Byblos Cafe in Orange.
- Pandor Artisan Bakery & Café in Lakeshore will be serving made to order sweet and savory crepes and LifeCafe,
