Dr. Kevin Volkan holds two doctorates in psychology, is a graduate of the Harvard School of Public Health, and a former Harvard Medical School faculty member. Dr. Volkan has testified before the United States Senate on pathological and dangerous fetishes. He has a new book,  How the Mind Works: Concepts and Cases in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, and some therapy tips.
