Talks of a four-day workweek continue to heat up in national discourse. Part of the United Auto Workers Union's demands during their recent strike is to work 32 hours a week. Joel asks the question; If you could work only four days a week but were paid 20% less, would you take that deal? Is an improved work-life balance worth a smaller paycheck?

Costco has started selling gold bars and people are buying them so quickly that the warehouse retailer can't keep them in stock! Joel breaks down whether or not it's actually a good idea to invest your savings into gold. If markets tank and inflation hits even harder could gold be a reasonable safeguard for your financial future? Joel will give you his take on today's show.
