SANTA ANA (CNS) - Three men and two women were arrested for an alleged series of burglaries of Orange County UPS stores in July and early August, authorities said Friday.
On Aug. 3, deputies and multiple task force teams located five people suspected of burglarizing stores in Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, Aliso Viejo and Laguna Woods, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department. The dates of the crimes were not disclosed, nor was a description of items taken.
In the course of the investigation, thousands of items were discovered containing identifying information belonging to other people, as well as a pair of firearms and more than 250 grams of fentanyl, according to sheriff's officials.
Authorities arrested 33-year-old Irvine resident Mahmoon Ali; 40-year- old Whittier resident Cody James Boardman; 38-year-old Santa Ana resident Irineo Rosas Carrillo; 22-year-old Huntington Beach resident Paige Virginia Rose Brinton; and 37-year-old Escondido resident Lindsay Nicole Pandorf.
The suspects were booked into the Orange County Jail. Their bail information was not immediately released.
