Chris Licht, the CEO of CNN, has been fired after only one year in the position.
Wednesday saw the announcement of Licht's departure from Warner Bros. by CEO David Zaslav.
While working at CNN, Licht had a brief but turbulent stint that saw the CNN+ streaming program shut down after only one month, Don Lemon fired, and declining revenues. There hasn't yet been a Licht successor named.
