Although there are many downsides to managing finances and services online, buying term life insurance isn't one of them. Currently, only 52% of American adults have life insurance. Life insurance is important because when you die, it guarantees that your loved ones are covered financially. Check out this guide to navigate through the confusing journey of buying term life insurance.

Money Move of the Week: Video everything in your house! This way if there is something like a fire that damages some of your goods, you'll have everything recorded for your insurance company.

On the topic of damaged goods, don't throw away your broken toaster or microwave just yet! There are more and more repair cafes where you can go and borrow tools and ask for help in repairing your items. Not only do you save money, but you also stop these items from winding up in a landfill somewhere! Check out this map to see if you have a repair café near you!
