Families Sue Snapchat Over Algorithms That Links Kids To Drug Dealers

John & Ken talked to special guest Sam Chapman whose son Sammy died in 2021 from fentanyl poisoning.

More than 60 families have sued Snapchat over algorithms that connect kids to drug dealers.

Mr. Chapman described how reckless Snapchat is. He said the app is basically an "open-air drug market."

The Organization for Social Media Safety is working with these families and is a great resource for parents who are having difficulty monitoring their children's social media use.
