Inflation isn't just affecting consumers... it seems that business owners are now feeling the pinch even harder.
According to new data from the Labor Department, wholesale inflation is up 11.3% over just one year ago. That's even higher than the consumer inflation rate, which reached a 40-year high of 9.1% last month.
In addition to volatile energy and food costs, retailers are dealing with higher costs for transportation and warehousing.
