Poll: Most Americans Concerned Over Formula Shortage

A new poll claims 84-percent of voters are either “very” or “somewhat” concerned about the lack of baby formula across the U.S.

The poll from the progressive think tank Data for Progress claims that number includes 86-percent of Democrats, 84-percent of Republicans, and 83-percent of Independents.

Officials say the closure of a key formula plant in February was a big contribution to the shortage.

Eighty-two percent of respondents also said they favor importing baby formula from abroad, an operation President Biden kicked off last week in order to get product on the shelves.
