A 75-year-old man from Quebec has set a new world record!

Tanio Helou entered the Guinness Book of Records this week by becoming the oldest man to do a headstand.

Helou told Guinness that he started working on doing the move while looking to obtain a healthy lifestyle after he retired at the age of 55.
