- This comes after the FDNY has said that there were several undetonated devices found at the location.
- However, law enforcement sources have told NBC News that what was thought to be explosives "may just be debris."
- In an update of the incident, 10 people have been injured, and six shot. None of the wounded are said to be in life-threatening conditions.
- Authorities have said that this is not considered an act of terrorism.
