A recent city-commissioned report -- which was previously confidential -- has found no evidence that former political advisor to Mayor Garcetti, Rick Jacobs, acted inappropriately in LA or during any of the out-of-state trips...
However, LAPD Officer Matthew Garza is still suing the city over Jacob's alleged harassment.
Greg Smith, the attorney for LAPD Officer Garza, joined the John and Ken Show on Friday to discuss the latest.
