LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Firefighters were battling a second-alarm fire today at a pallet yard in an unincorporated area of Watts.
Firefighters were dispatched at 4:42 a.m. to 108th and Alameda streets and had yet to report a knockdown time as of 8:25 a.m., according to a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher.
``It's probably going to be an all-day deal,'' he said. ``There's a lot of debris burning -- and what's under the debris. They (firefighters) want to make sure it's (debris) completely out before they call a knockdown.''
No injuries were reported.
