Dr Omri Gillath is a psychology professor at the University of Kansas and has spent over 20 years doing research, teaching psychology, and mentoring students. He has been a leading figure in the field of close relationships and has over 100 publications in some of the leading outlets of his field. His research focuses on close relationships and what motivates human behavior when it comes to attachment, caregiving, and sexual mating. And he examines biological evidence of attachment using neuroimaging, physiological measures, and endocrine markers. He has looked at attachment style in relationship to kindness, social networks, relationship goals, and sexual attitudes.
