LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A Metrolink train struck and killed a person in Sun Valley today.
The fatal collision happened at around 9:30 a.m. at 7200 N. Laurel Canyon Blvd., according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The person's gender and age were not immediately available.
No injuries were reported aboard the train. The track was shut down to traffic for the investigation.
