United Airlines is going on a $30 billion spending spree for some fancy new planes.
- The company just placed an order for 200 Boeing Max jets and 70 Airbus planes, outfitted with better WiFi, entertainment screens for every seat, and extra room for carry-on baggage.
- That adds up to one new plane every three days over the next two years.
- The jets will grow United's fleet while allowing it to replace many older and smaller planes.
- Have you been on an airplane since the pandemic began? Do you have a 'favorite' airline or just go with whatever's cheapest?
