There is a pug named Pugaroo Shorty who suffered from extreme separation anxiety whenever his human, Marc, had to travel for work.
Even being cuddled by Marc’s partner Kristin didn’t help.
But not anymore. Marc and Kristen got a mannequin. They dress it in Marc’s clothes, and even replicated his real tattoos with a fake tattoo sleeve.
Now, Pugaroo is perfectly happy to sit with fake Marc (they call the mannequin “Farc.” )
The only downside is that Marc feels bad that his loving doggo is just as happy with a brainless dummy as with him.
