
A massive search and rescue effort is underway in Florida after a 12-story condo building partially collapsed early Thursday morning in Miami-Dade County.
- The collapse happened around 1:30am at Champlain Towers in Surfside, sending more than 55 apartment units crashing to the ground.
- Only one death has been confirmed so far, but officials say 99 people are still unaccounted for.
- Dogs are searching the grounds.
