IRVINE (CNS) - A person was killed and at least two other people were injured this morning in a traffic crash involving at least three vehicles on the Santa Ana (5) Freeway in Irvine.
The crash on the northbound freeway, at Yale Avenue, occurred a little before 5:30 a.m., the California Highway Patrol reported.
A representative from the coroner's office was called out to the location at 6:03 a.m., the CHP said. Paramedics rushed at least two people to Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana.
There was no other information available.
