You know how sometimes you exaggerate and say "It was the size of softballs"? Well, this time...it was.
Wednesday in North Texas, residents reported baseball and softball sized hail as a severe thunderstorm rolled through leaving a path of destruction. Major damage to homes, roofs, shattered windshields, dented cars and hundreds of homes with boarded up windows.
As residents had to run for cover, many took time to grab their cellphones and capture the gigantic balls of hail as they came through their roofs, hot the pools and broke windows.
