CERRITOS (CNS) - A motorcyclist was killed today in a crash on the Artesia (91) Freeway in the Cerritos area.
The crash was reported about 5:50 a.m. east of Norwalk Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Information on the identity of the fatally injured person was not immediately available.
The HOV and No. 1 lanes of both the eastbound and westbound 91 Freeway were closed in the area while an investigation was conducted into the circumstances of the crash, the CHP reported.
