Eleven deaths so far have been linked to the severe winter weather still gripping much of the U.S.
- That includes four deaths in Texas, where millions are still without power, and one death in Louisiana all linked to ice storms in those southern states.
- A tornado in North Carolina killed three and injured several more, while storm-related crashes killed people in Kentucky and Missouri.
