Tokyo Hot Chicken

Tokyo Hot Chicken is a pop-up from the culinary minds of James Beard winner Chef Michael Mina and MINA Group. Hot Chicken meets Japanese Karaage, Tokyo Hot Chicken is the best of two worlds, combining the Nashville Classic with Japanese flavors and ingredients. The Tokyo Hot Chicken menu features buckets of chicken (a mix of drums, wings, thighs); chicken tenders; and a hand-held togarashi chicken snacker served with a kimchi slaw and spicy kewpie. Tokyo Hot Chicken also offers a menu of signature dipping sauces, such as Chukka Tare with soy, sesame, chili; the Yum Yum Sauce with kewpie and furikake; Yuzu Kosho Honey; Matcha Sea Salt; and our signature Tokyo Secret Hot sauce with chili and yuzu.
