LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A woman struck and killed by two motorists while riding a scooter in Cypress Park, was homeless.
Vianey Herrera was 26-years-old, according to the coroner's office.
The crash occurred at 10:42 p.m. Saturday in the area of Future Street and San Fernando Road, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
The woman now identified as Herrera was crossing a marked crosswalk when she was struck by the two vehicles whose drivers remained at the scene, police said.
Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene.
