Classroom Attached to Church in Panorama City Damaged By Fire  

PANORAMA CITY (CNS) - A fire outside the El Redentor Spanish Lutheran Church in Panorama City this morning spread into a classroom on the church campus and burned for 20 minutes before being extinguished by firefighters.  

Crews responded at 3:27 a.m. to 14445 Terra Bella St., near Van Nuys Boulevard, and worked quickly to keep the flames confined to the classroom attached to the church, according to Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.  

A knock down was called at 3:47 a.m.  

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
