Mark called in to talk about his successful effort to prove to LA Superior Court Judge James Chalfant that LA County officials stupidly chose to suspend outdoor dining 'arbitrarily'.
Mark had some zingers in court which had the dopey LA County(taxpayer-funded) lawyers scrambling to defend.
Keep in mind, restaurants can't open immediately but this sets the stage for a legal fight that needs to happen.
