ANAHEIM (CNS) - A woman was killed this morning when she got out of her car following a two-vehicle collision and was struck by another vehicle on the westbound Riverside (91) Freeway in Anaheim.
The crash occurred near the Euclid Street exit at 3 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Video from the scene showed a silver Lexus and a black Mercedes-Benz, both with significant damage, pulled over to the side of the road.
A passenger in the Lexus told officers the woman was walking in lanes when she was struck by a dark-colored vehicle, but the passenger did not know whether the vehicle stopped, the CHP said.
The name of the victim was not disclosed.
