The animal friendly group, PETA, is taking tofu to a new level of marketing.
For those who place a priority on plain, PETA suggests a tofu-scented candle (commonly known as "unscented"), a tofu T-shirt (plain white) and a tofu holiday card featuring, well, a block of tofu on a sled.
PETA's well aware of the less than flavorful soybean staple suggesting it "takes on whatever flavor it's cooked with."
All profits from the sale of the mundane merchandise go to supporting the organization's efforts to protect animals.
