Joe Biden's German Shepard to be the First Rescue Dog in the White House

The White House has been without a dog for four years, but that's about to change and in a historical way.

President-Elect Joe Biden's two dogs, Champ and Major, will join him and Dr. Jill Biden in their new home.

The Biden's have had Champ since 2008 and he had already been to the White House when Biden served as Vice President.

Biden fostered Major before adopting him in 2018 through the Delaware Humane Association, so when the furry fella moves to DC, he'll be the first rescue dog.
