Handel on the Statements by a Grand Juror in the Breonna Taylor Case

A grand jury member on the Breonna Taylor investigation is speaking out and making claims about the process.

The unnamed juror claims the jury was not given the option to consider different charges connected to Taylor's shooting death by police.

In a written statement, they claim that only wanton endangerment charges were offered to them to consider against one officer.

The jury had apparently asked about bringing different charges against the other officers, but the juror says they were told "there would be none because the prosecutors didn’t feel they could make them stick.”

Handel and Wayne break down what happened and how this new statement may or may not impact the actual case.
