The fallout continues in Lebanon, following that massive explosion in Beirut last week. The country's prime minister stepped down Monday, following the resignations of his entire cabinet.
In a televised address Monday, BBC reports Hassan Diab said the government was following "the will of the people in their demand to hold accountable those responsible for the disaster that has been in hiding for seven year, and their desire for real change."

“Today we follow the will of the people in their demand to hold accountable those responsible for the disaster that has been in hiding for seven years, and their desire for real change,” Diab said in a speech announcing the resignation.
“I declare today the resignation of this government. May God protect Lebanon,” Diab also said, repeating the last phrase three times, according to Fox News.
Hassan Diab had just assumed the PM role back in January.
“They should have been ashamed of themselves because their corruption is what has led to this disaster that had been hidden for seven years,” he added.
