According to this report from Fox 11, a male LAPD officer who worked directly with Mayor Eric Garcetti's protection detail claims he was sexually harassed by one of Garcetti's staffer-flack. This staffer-flack allegedly harassed the cop with gay-sex references and innuendo.
Jokes about Magnum condoms, "rough sex" and "big c&^%'s" are part of this lawsuit.
The claim further states that while this harassment took place, Mayor Garcetti was present and did nothing to stop it.
