Ben Katz created a co-living space because he recognized a loneliness epidemic among adults. Haven is a wellness-focused co-living community that offers yoga, shared meals, TED-style living room talks, and group outings to its residents. He says is a statement Haven has led to marriages, new businesses and countless lifelong friendships.

Haven Co-Living is a new community with six properties in Venice, California. Katz says co-living is a way to meet new people, save money and explore peer groups.
