A personal trainer in England says she believes semen boosts the immune system -- so she's been drinking sperm smoothies to protect herself from the coronavirus.
Yes, you read that right... 'Sperm smoothies'.
Buckinghamshire resident Tracy Kiss, 32, says she started putting her boyfriend's sperm in her smoothies three years ago, and believes she has been in "perfect" health ever since. But since the coronavirus pandemic emerged, she's upped her intake of the smoothies.
"It isn’t much different than a mother breastfeeding her newborn to give them the nutrients they need," Kiss said. "It isn’t for everyone, but it is packed full of vitamins and I haven’t had a cold or flu ever since drinking it in 2017."
But wait! There's more...
She also puts sperm on her face "to clear up my skin," Kiss said. Although the mother of two says it's best to consume semen "as close to production as possible to get the most nutrients and benefits," she often freezes it in ice cube trays, due to being in a long-distance relationship.
It should also be noted there's no scientific evidence to support Kiss' claims. Read the full story on Metro News.
