Today's #SmallBusinessShoutout features Santa Maria BBQ in Culver City! Owner Jim Rodrigues and Santa Maria have been in business for 31 years, they even catered Michelle Kube's wedding.
They only do Santa Maria style barbecue, which means tri-tip, chicken and baby back pork ribs cooked only over red oak wood, using a simple blend of salt, pepper and garlic. Food is available for take-out in Culver City is open Tues-Sat from 11am - 3pm.
Most of Santa Maria's business is catering, but because of these hard times right now Jim says most of his jobs have been cancelled through September. Their take-out menu is limited, but full of great stuff including sandwiches, burritos, and other great stuff, all cooked over red oak wood.
And if you can't make it over to Culver City, you can get food via Uber Eats! Large orders are also available with everything handled safely and packaged in separate containers.
