Today's #SmallBusinessShoutout features Social Kitchen + Craft Bar in Orange County! Social Kitchen Restaurant Group actually has two locations, one in Costa Mesa and another in Huntington Beach.
Social Kitchen Co-Founder Andrew Dorsey joined us on the phone to discuss how the restaurant got started, how they've had to change things since the outbreak of Coronavirus, and how people can support them.
The restaurant is doing a lot to help their local community as well. They've launched a campaign called "Serving Those Who Serve," which feeds all furloughed or laid off restaurant and hospitality workers. Andrew says a lot of local donors are helping out! "Serving Those Who Serve" has been handing out about 150 meals a night, their hours are Thursday - Saturday from 4-8pm.
