Today's #SmallBusinessShoutout features Phantom Ales in Anaheim! KFI reporter Rob Newton visited them the other day to see how their coping with the effects of COVID-19, and introduced us to owner Rob Gundling.
Rob and his crew are doing anything and everything they can to stay afloat and keep supporting their community. In addition to providing pickup and deliveries for food and beer, they are also doing a free backyard produce exchange and what they call the 'CV Special.'
The 'CV Special' is a free meal for those who have been laid off, furloughed, or lost hours at work. If you fit that criteria and need help during this crisis, Phantom Ales wants to make sure you're taken care of.
It's a very generous thing to do, and it really shows how hard working and thoughtful our local business are. They need our support now more than ever!
